पूंजीपतियों या ऊँचे पदों पर बैठे अधिकारियों ने इन मजदूरों को मूर्ख समझा है। जिन्हें सरकार द्वारा लाभ और सम्मान दिया जाता है, उन्हें देश के लिए लड़ना पड़ता है, लेकिन श्रमिकों का क्या? वे दूसरे लोगों के देश के लिए निस्वार्थ भाव से काम करते हैं और दयनीय परिस्थितियों में रहते हैं। उनकी अपनी स्वतंत्रता नहीं है। दिन में आठ से दस घंटे काम करने वालों की मजदूरी कितनी दयनीय है!

उनके बच्चे मिलों और कारखानों में काम करते हैं, महिलाएं गरीबी में शर्मनाक जीवन जीती हैं। यदि वे वेतन के लिए हड़ताल करते हैं, तो उन्हें जेल में डाल दिया जाता है और उन्हें बुनियादी न्याय नहीं मिलता है।

सदियों से हम उन लोगों के गुलाम रहे हैं जिनके पास पैसा और बाहुबल है। जैसे-जैसे संस्कृति आगे बढ़ी, अधिक से अधिक लोग गुलामी के शिकार होते गए। अमीरों के लिए महल बनाने वालों को बदले में क्या मिलता है? अब मजदूरों की जरूरत है

तैयारी जो पुनर्व्यवस्था और पुनर्निर्माण ला सकती है। इसके लिए सरकार को इंतजार करने की जरूरत नहीं है। लोगों को अपनी बेहतरी के लिए मिलकर काम करना होगा। देश के सभी वर्गों में यह अनिवार्य है कि इन श्रमिकों के बच्चे स्वस्थ पैदा हों, उचित पोषण प्राप्त करें, अच्छी शिक्षा प्राप्त करें, बुद्धिमान बनें और देश की सेवा के योग्य बनें। शांति का उल्लंघन करने वाले सभी कानूनों और विनियमों को तोड़ें। चुप मत रहो, सृष्टि की सेना में वीर बनो।
