Ernest still lived in his native valley. He was still a middle-aged man. He is known for his goodness and love for mankind. Many noble thoughts came out of his mouth. His hair turned gray. But more than his white hair, he had wise thoughts in his head. His fame went beyond the valley. People came from far and wide to see and talk to him. When Ernest was growing old, a new poet appeared on earth.

He was also a native of the valley. He had spent the bulk of his life in distant cities. Ernest became a great admirer of the poet and used to read his poems after a long day's work. He felt that the poet deserved the likeness of the great face. The poet also listened to the stories of Ernest's character and wished to meet him. One summer day, he arrived at Ernest's door. He found Ernest reading his poems and looking at the mountain with love.

Ernest sheltered her for the night. He examined the features of the poet and saw much resemblance to the face of the stone. The poet humbly said that he did not deserve the likeness of a stone face. There is no doubt that there is a heavenly voice in his poems. However, his life did not match his views. He only had grand dreams. But he lacked faith in his ideas. He praised Ernest as a pure seeker of the good and the true. At sunset, it was normal for Ernest to talk to his neighbors. He accompanied the poet to the open meeting place.

There was power in his words because they agreed with his views; There was power in his thoughts because they agreed with the life he had always lived. The poet was very impressed. He felt that Ernest's life and character were better than his own poetry. In the distance were white clouds surrounding the Great Stone Face. Ernest looked like a stone face even with his white hair. The poet shouted to the people; "Look, Ernest himself bears the likeness of the Great Stone Face!" Then all the people saw and obeyed the poet. But Ernest, as he walked towards the house, still hoped that someone wiser and better than himself would surely someday come with the likeness of a stone face.

वह भी घाटी के मूल निवासी थे। उन्होंने अपने जीवन का बड़ा हिस्सा दूर के शहरों में बिताया था। अर्नेस्ट उस कवि के बहुत बड़े प्रशंसक बन गए और दिन भर के काम के बाद उनकी कविताओं को पढ़ते थे। उन्होंने महसूस किया कि कवि महान चेहरे की समानता के योग्य है। कवि ने अर्नेस्ट के चरित्र की कहानियाँ भी सुनीं और उनसे मिलने की कामना की। एक गर्मी के दिन, वह अर्नेस्ट के दरवाजे पर पहुंचा। उन्होंने अर्नेस्ट को उनकी कविताओं को पढ़ते हुए और प्यार से पहाड़ की ओर देखते हुए पाया।
