The short story 'The Good Samaritan' is a parable by Jesus Christ to his disciples. A long time ago a man was on his way from Jerusalem to Jericho, suddenly he was attacked by two robbers, who beat him and stole everything and clothes from his back.

The man was lying on the side of the road covered in blood. A priest came along and saw the man covered in blood. The priest, instead of helping the bloodied man, quickly backed down and went on his way. Then another man came along and saw the man lying in the mud covered in blood. The man hesitated to touch her because of his terrible condition and left.

Eventually, a Samaritan comes down the street. He came to the man and gently cleaned the man with water and also gave him some water to drink. He cleaned the wounds with a little alcohol to help them heal quickly. He put the man on his donkey and brought him back to the city. Although the wounded man was a Jew, the Samaritan helped and saved him. Jews and Samaritans were enemies for hundreds of years.

The Samaritan gave some money to an innkeeper and asked him to give him a clean bed and to take good care of the man until he was strong again. After reciting this parable, Jesus Christ asked his disciples who among the three men was the real neighbor of the robbed person.

An expert in Jewish law immediately said that the robbed man's true neighbor is the one who helped him.
Then Jesus told them to go out and do the same, that is, to help their fellow humans.
Thus the disciples of Jesus Christ understood that He wants everyone to love and help, especially strangers who need help.

लघु कहानी 'द गुड सेमेरिटन' यीशु मसीह द्वारा अपने शिष्यों को सुनाई गई एक दृष्टांत है। बहुत समय पहले एक आदमी यरूशलेम से यरीहो जा रहा था, अचानक दो लुटेरों ने उस पर हमला कर दिया, जिसने उसे पीटा और उसका सब कुछ और उसकी पीठ के कपड़े भी चुरा लिए।

आदमी सड़क के किनारे खून से लथपथ पड़ा था। एक पुजारी साथ आया और खून से लथपथ आदमी को देखा। पुजारी ने खून से लथपथ आदमी की मदद करने के बजाय जल्दी से पीछे हट गया और अपने रास्ते चला गया। फिर एक और आदमी साथ आया और उसने देखा कि वह आदमी खून से लथपथ मिट्टी में पड़ा है। वह आदमी उसकी भयानक स्थिति के कारण उसे छूने से झिझका और चला गया।

आखिरकार, एक सामरी सड़क पर उतर आता है। वह उस आदमी के पास आया और धीरे से उस आदमी को पानी से साफ किया और उसे पीने के लिए कुछ पानी भी दिया। उन्होंने घावों को जल्दी से ठीक करने के लिए थोड़ी सी शराब से साफ किया। उसने उस आदमी को अपने गधे पर बिठाया और उसे वापस शहर ले आया। हालाँकि घायल आदमी एक यहूदी था, फिर भी सामरी ने उसकी मदद की और उसे बचाया। यहूदी और सामरी सैकड़ों वर्षों से दुश्मन थे।

सामरी ने एक सरायवाले को कुछ पैसे दिए और उसे एक साफ बिस्तर देने और उस आदमी की अच्छी देखभाल करने के लिए कहा जब तक कि वह फिर से मजबूत न हो जाए। इस दृष्टान्त को सुनाने के बाद ईसा मसीह ने अपने शिष्यों से पूछा कि लूटे गए व्यक्ति का सच्चा पड़ोसी तीन व्यक्तियों में से कौन था।

यहूदी कानून के एक विशेषज्ञ ने फौरन कहा कि लूटे गए आदमी का सच्चा पड़ोसी वह है जिसने उसकी मदद की।
फिर यीशु ने उन्हें बाहर जाने और ऐसा ही करने के लिए कहा, यानी अपने साथी मनुष्यों की मदद करने के लिए।
इस प्रकार यीशु मसीह के चेले समझ गए कि वह चाहता है कि वे हर किसी से प्यार करें और मदद करें, खासकर अजनबियों को जिन्हें मदद की ज़रूरत है।
