இந்த உரைநடை கிரிக்கெட்டின் மேஸ்ட்ரோ சச்சின் டெண்டுல்கர், அவரது பயிற்சியாளர் ரமாகாந்த் அச்ரேக்கருக்கு அஞ்சலி செலுத்துகிறது. அச்ரேக்கர் தான் சச்சினை தனக்கு விருப்பமான துறையில் சரியான தொழிலாக மாற்றினார். சச்சினின் மூத்த சகோதரர் அஜித் அவரை ஒரு சிறந்த கிரிக்கெட் வீரராக உருவெடுக்க உதவியவர். சச்சின் தனது குழந்தை பருவத்திலிருந்தே, தனக்கு பிடித்த கிரிக்கெட் வீரர்களின் பேட்டிங் மற்றும் பந்துவீச்சு பாணியை நகலெடுக்க முயன்றார். மும்பையில் உள்ள நியூ இங்கிலீஷ் பள்ளியில் படித்து வந்தார். சச்சினுக்கு 11 வயதாக இருந்தபோது, ஷாரதாஷ்ரம் வித்யாமந்திர் உயர்நிலைப் பள்ளியில் பயிற்சியாளராக இருந்த பிரபல கிரிக்கெட் வீரர் ரமாகாந்த் அச்ரேக்கரை அஜித் அவருக்கு அறிமுகப்படுத்தினார்.

முதல் சந்திப்பிலேயே இளம் சச்சினால் அச்ரேக்கரை ஈர்க்க முடியவில்லை. கவனிக்கப்பட்ட அழுத்தத்தில் சச்சினால் தனது இயல்பான ஆட்டத்தை வெளிப்படுத்த முடியவில்லை என்பதை அஜித் உணர்ந்தார். அஜித்தின் வற்புறுத்தலால், அச்ரேக்கர் சச்சினுக்கு விளையாட மற்றொரு வாய்ப்பை வழங்கினார். இந்த நேரத்தில், அச்ரேக்கர் ஒரு மரத்தின் பின்னால் ஒளிந்துகொண்டு பார்த்தார். சச்சின் மிகவும் சிறப்பாக விளையாடினார் மற்றும் அச்ரேக்கரின் ஸ்கேம்பில் அதிக கவனம் செலுத்தினார்.

The prose pays homage to cricket maestro Sachin Tendulkar and his coach Ramakant Achrekar. It was Ashrekar who turned Sachin into the perfect career in his preferred field. Sachin's elder brother Ajith helped him to become a better cricketer. Tendulkar has been trying to copy the batting and bowling style of his favorite cricketers since his childhood.
